We mainly adopt centrifugal casting, aluminum mold casting, and sand mold casting. The largest casting diameter is 1.5 meters, and the maximum casting single unit weight reaches 1 ton.
Our factory is mainly manufacturing all kinds of copper axle sleeve, copper axle bush, copper turbine wheel, copper gasket and Babbitt. We also can manufacture non-ferrous metal mechanical parts according to customers' needs. We can supply rough, semi-finished and finished products. Our factory yearly produces more than 200 tons of copper casting. Our products are applied in ships, machinery, mechanical presses, mining machinery, farm machinery, engineering machinery, engine beds, welding machine electrodes and many other fields. Our company has advanced production technology and check-out equipment, obtaining many customers' consistent high praises. Our products not only sell well at home, but also are sold to Europe, America, Southeast Asia, Hong Kong, and many other countries and areas.
At present, there are five series of products:
1. wear-resistant series: copper sleeve (axle sleeve), copper-watt (axle bush), copper slide, and zinc base
2. Anticorrosive series: Acid, alkali seal, wear-resisting, anticorrosive, and electric conduction
3. Mechanical drive series: Copper turbine wheel, vortex rod, copper gear, and copper pulley
4. Knitting circle machine main fitting series: Copper needle, and steel needle tube
5. Alloy casting series: bronze, aluminum bronze, manganese bronze, aluminum alloy, zinc base alloy, and nickel alloy of copper and nickel
